There might be scheduled changes in traffic. This can happen during for example big events or road construction. You can find details about these changes in different ways.
Unplanned traffic changes
Sometimes, there are sudden, unplanned changes in traffic. These changes occur due to situations that directly affect our bus services. It can be situations such as a water leak, road accident, or similar events.
As a result, our buses may need to take an alternative route or could be delayed. To get information about these changes, please contact our Customer Service.

On this website, we present traffic information in several places:
- Directly via Traffic information
- On stop and route pages
- When searching in the journey planner
- On the map
Summary page for Traffic information
In the yellow field below the main menu, you will find a quick link to Traffic information. This link appears on several pages of the website. Clicking on it will take you to a summary page for traffic changes.
On the summary page, you will find all published traffic information for buses and all available traffic information for trains within the region. You can filter the information by:
- Today – All traffic changes relevant to the day you visit the page
- Bus – All traffic changes for buses, both today and upcoming
- Train – All available traffic changes for trains within the region, both today and upcoming
- Upcoming – All traffic changes for buses and trains that apply from the day after you visit the page
On the summary page, you can see details about the event, including affected stops and routes. You also have the option to share the information via a link.
Route and stop Pages
Traffic information for a route is displayed on its respective route page. The same applies to a stop, which has its own stop page.
Traffic Information in Journey Search
When you perform a search in the journey planner, you will receive traffic information that may affect the selected departure time. This helps you easily see what might impact your journey. The search results will indicate if there is traffic information related to your selected trip. If you want to read more, you can click the yellow button for details.
Traffic Information on the Map
On the maps available on the website, an icon is displayed at stops where a traffic event is affecting the stop. Clicking on the icon will show more information about the event.

Traffic change at affected Stops
Red notice means a completely closed stop
If a stop is closed and affects all routes serving that stop, a red notice will be posted at the stop. The notice is titled Closed Stop. It provides information about the closure, including the dates it is in effect. The notice also includes a map of the area with directions to the replacement stop.
Yellow notice means a partially closed stop
When only certain routes are affected by a traffic change, a yellow notice will be posted at the stop. The notice is titled Traffic Information.
The notice includes information about:
- Which routes are affected by the traffic change
- The dates the change is in effect
- A map with directions to alternative stops
We inform at least 3 days in advance
We provide information about planned traffic changes at least 3 days before they take effect. If information is missing and you risk being delayed by more than 20 minutes because of it, we will compensate you.

Traffic changes in our app
You can find planned traffic changes in our app. You can access the information in several ways. Click on the three lines at the top left of the app and then select Traffic Information. There you will see all ongoing traffic changes for our buses.
You will also have access to traffic information via searches in the app. If you search for a journey in the journey planner in the app, traffic information will be displayed directly in the search results.
