You can use Travel credit in several ways. You can:
- Buy single tickets from the driver on all our city, regional and express buses.
- Buy single tickets and 24-hour tickets via the ticket readers inside city buses in Örebro and Citylinjen.
- Buy single tickets from our sales agents.
- Buy single tickets and 24-hour tickets from the ticket machines on the platform.
- This applies if you are travelling with Tåg i Bergslagen and Västtåg/Kinnekulletåget within the county.

Benefits of loading travel credit
If you choose to buy single tickets with Travel credit, you pay a pre-purchase price. This makes the ticket cheaper compared to buying a single ticket onboard the bus with a credit card. You purchase your single ticket with travel credit when you board the bus.

If you have registered your Travel card in our online shop, you can check your balance there.
You can also check your balance on board the bus. If you are travelling on a regional or express bus, you can ask the driver, who will assist you in checking your balance.
If you are travelling on a city bus or Citylinjen, you can check the balance yourself. You can do this using the ticket machines on board or with assistance from the driver. The video clip shows how to check your balance on board a city bus or Citylinjen.
Purchase tickets onboard with travel credit
You can use your travel credit to buy tickets onboard the bus at a pre-purchase price. You must purchase your ticket immediately upon boarding.
