Buying tickets

App – simple and convenientYou can buy single tickets and certain Season Tickets using our app. It is free to download and allows you to easily and quickly search for trips, find timetables and buy tickets.

Travel Card – an easier way to travelWhen you travel with us you can use a Travel Card (Resekort). You can load your Travel Card with season tickets, Travel Credit (reskassa) and electronic single tickets.

Webshop – load your Travel Card onlineIn our webshop you can load your Travel Card with Season Tickets and Travel Credit. When you register your Travel Card you also receive a Lost Card Guarantee.

Finding your nearest sales agentWe have several sales agents in Örebro County. At our sales agents you can buy tickets and receive answers to your questions.

Buying tickets on board the bus using a bank cardYou can buy several tickets on board our buses. What you can buy on board depends on which of our buses you want to travel with.

Ticket inspection and surcharges

Ticket inspectionsTickets are checked by the bus driver. We also have ticket inspectors who carry out special ticket inspections.

Surcharge - TilläggsavgiftIf you do not have a valid travel pass during a ticket inspection, the ticket inspector may impose a surcharge, in accordance with Swedish law (1977:67).

Prams/buggies and safety on the busYou can bring your pram/buggy on board our buses free of charge. If there is a belt, it must be used.

Wheelchair and walkerYou can bring a wheelchair or a walker on board our buses free of charge.

Bicycles and electric scootersYou can take your bicycle on some of our regional buses and electric scooter on all buses. There are also good parking facilities at larger bus stops where you can leave your bike and then travel by bus.

Wifi on the busWe offer free Wifi on two of our bus routes. You simply connect and start surfing.

On-board accessibilityBuses without steps, specially trained drivers and better information. We are trying to adapt our buses and services to ensure that they can be used by everyone.

Apply for Transportation Service - FärdtjänstYou can apply for the Transportation Service for the elderly and disabled (Färdtjänst) if you find it difficult to walk or travel on your own due to an illness or disability.

Patient Transport

Service Travel with special vehiclesYou who are registered in Örebro County have the right to use the Patient Transport with a service travel vehicle if there are medical reasons or if you have a permit for Transportation Service (Färdtjänst).

Patient Travel with own carYou who have received a certificate for Patient Travel with a service travel vehicle can instead travel with your own car. You will receive compensation afterwards.

Travel by public transport to and from a health care facilityYou can travel to and from health care with your own car or public transport. If you travel by public transport, you can travel by calling or you will be reimbursed for the trip afterwards.

Faulty or lost ticket

Repurchase of a ticketIf for some reason, you are no longer able to travel on our buses, we can refund your ticket depending on your situation.

Lost Travelcard or ticketWe replace most lost Travel cards and tickets. How you go about getting a replacement ticket depends on which ticket you lost.

Faulty Travel CardWe replace a broken Travel Card with a new equivalent. You can submit the Travel Card to the bus driver, a sales agent or our Customer Service.
