Welcome aboard the new city route network in Örebro

From December 15 the city buses will operate with new numbers and routes.

From early Sunday morning on December 15, the buses in the city traffic will begin to operate the new city route network. As a traveller, we ask you to pay extra attention to that the buses are getting new driving numbers and routes.

In our app and on our website you will find detailed information about the new city route network, as well as which stops are served. You can also see the times for the departure and arrival of the buses in the digital screens that are mounted at stops in the center.

A new digital clock counts down to departure

Along the route of the new Citylinjen (route 1 and route 2), there is also the premiere of a new digital clock that shows how much time is left until Citylinjen departs from the stop. From Monday 16 December you will also see Citylinjen with its own graphic form in both the app and in the journey planner on our website.

Step on at all doors on Citylinjen

Another new feature is that you can step on at all doors on Citylinjen. Scan your mobile or register your travel card on the reader located at each pair of doors. If you wish to pay for your trip with a bank card, you go to the front of the driver.

Fast, easy and sustainable

In addition to Citylinjen (route 1 and 2), five more routes are included in the new city route network that covers other parts of Örebro and connects to the City line. All seven routes have the central station in Örebro as the central interchange point, which makes changes between city traffic, regional traffic and trains convenient.
