From February 10, 2025, a fee of 220 SEK will be charged for uncancelled trips.
If you don’t cancel your special transport or medical trip at least 60 minutes before departure and don’t take the trip, you will need to pay 220 SEK. The fee will be sent to you as an invoice. This applies to trips from February 10, 2025, onwards.
We are doing this to reduce missed trips and make better use of our vehicles.
