From 28th October, the digital healthcare ticket will be discontinued.
From 25th October, the digital healthcare ticket will no longer be available for patients within Folktandvården. The reason for this is that Folktandvården is changing its patient record system.
The digital ticket was a service offered in collaboration with us, but the new patient record system is currently unable to handle the technical solution for the ticket. Nevertheless, patients can continue to travel free of charge with us to their dental appointments, in accordance with the regulations for patient transport in Örebro County.
If you are visiting Folktandvården in Örebro County, you can travel using your appointment notice or pay for your journey and apply for reimbursement afterwards. Please contact Sjukreseenheten for more information.
