The following conditions are applied for the purchase of Länstrafiken Örebro's Travel Credit (reskassa) and season tickets (periodbiljett) via the web shop at www.lanstrafiken.se. Länstrafiken is part of the Örebro County Region and is mentioned in the terms and conditions as Länstrafiken Örebro.

Purchase terms and conditions for the web shop
  • 1. Security regarding personal data

    Länstrafiken Örebro is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide in connection with orders and payments for Länstrafiken Örebro products that we sell in the web shop.

    The personal data that you provide for you and, where applicable, other passengers, such as name, address, post code, phone number and email address are used to enable us to confirm your purchase and carry out the sale of Länstrafiken Örebro products to you via this website. All information about your purchase, such as bank and credit card number etc. is handled by our payment service provider, which is certified in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

    We do not pass on or sell personal data to other parties.

    By law you must be 18 years or older to make online purchases. This law also applies to purchases from Länstrafiken Örebro’s web shop. 

    Länstrafiken Örebro maintains technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data.   • 2. Payment

    In order to buy Länstrafiken Örebro’s tickets and load them via the web shop, you need access to a computer connected to the internet. Payment is online by card. 

    During the payment process, you are linked from the checkout to a page from our payment service provider where you enter your details. Your order is then sent via our payment service provider to the card issuer or bank.

  • 3. Payment by bank card

    In order to pay by card, you need a VISA or MasterCard/Maestro debit or credit card.

    Payment is deducted from your account/credit card in the same way as when you pay by card in a shop.

    Our payment service provider is PCI licensed, and complies with the secrecy and security required by banks and card issuers for this licensing

  • 4. Refunds

    Any customer refunds are paid back onto the bank card used by the customer for the purchase.

  • 5. Prices

    Our ticket prices are given in Swedish kronor and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices in the web shop without prior notice.

  • 6. Delivery period

    If you load your Travel card via the web shop by 18:00, you can use the bought ticket the following morning.

  • 7. No compensation for consequential costs

    If, for technical reasons, we are unable to meet the delivery time for a ticket on a Travel card in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and conditions, no compensation is paid for consequential costs, for example if you miss an important meeting, a long-distance journey or for loss of income.

  • 8. Confirmation

    As soon as the payment has been authorised, a confirmation is shown on screen. We also send confirmation to the email address you entered when you placed the order.

    If requested, a receipt with VAT details for the purchase will be sent to you by email or as a PDF document at the time of purchase.

  • 9. Blocking lost or stolen Travel cards

    You block lost or stolen Travel cards yourself in the web shop. Only Customer Service can block a non-registered Travel card on production of a receipt. 

  • 10. Cancelling blocks on Travel cards

    A block on a Travel card cannot be cancelled. Contact Customer Service for further assistance.

  • 11. Lost Ticket Guarantee

    If you have registered your Travel card, you can have the contents of the blocked card transferred to a replacement card within three to five days of blocking the card number and contacting Customer Service. Remember that the activated period’s validity continues and does not pause while the card is blocked. The new card is sent to the address you gave when you registered the card. While you wait for your replacement card, you have to pay for your journeys another way. Subject to agreement, you can also collect the replacement card from Customer Service. You must bring photo ID when you collect the card. If instead you buy a new Travel card to travel with in the meantime, we can transfer the contents of the blocked card to the new card instead of producing another new card.

    The Lost Ticket Guarantee does not cover non-registered Travelcards.

  • 12. Complaints

    Technical faults do sometimes arise or your Travel card could stop working during its period of validity for some other reason. If your product does not work during its period of validity you can of course replace it free of charge. The easiest way of doing this is to visit our Customer Service and we will replace your card there.

    In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

  • 13. Errors making a purchase in the web shop

    If you bought the wrong type of ticket in our web shop by mistake, Customer Service can help.

  • 14. Right of withdrawal

    Statutory right of withdrawal, under Sweden’s Distance Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act (2005:59), does not apply to agreements concerning transport, which is why purchases of Länstrafiken’s tickets through our web shop are not covered by right of withdrawal. However, we choose to apply right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act.

    When you make purchases in the web shop, the Distance Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act gives you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days when you buy in Sweden. One condition for the right of withdrawal and for replacements is that you have not used the ticket or the Travel Credit you loaded.

    If you wish to apply the right of withdrawal, contact Customer Service – Länstrafiken Örebro using the contact information on this website. Customer refunds regarding the right of withdrawal are made 30 days after Länstrafiken receives the request.

  • 15. Misuse

    Länstrafiken Örebro may block a person from using this service if the service is misused.

  • 16. Agreement

    By making a purchase, you authorise Länstrafiken Örebro to register the information you provide in the form enabling the purchase.
