The tickets covered by our Lost Ticket Guarantee are:
- Travel Cards registered in our web shop
- Tickets via our subscription service
- Transportation Service voucher (Färdtjänstbevis) and Accompanying person Permit (Ledsagarbevis)
- Travel Card for companies
With the Lost Ticket Guarantee, you get an equivalent Travel Card or ticket free of charge.
How we handle your lost ticket depends on the type of ticket you purchased:

Registered Travel Card in our web shop
If you have registered the lost Travel Card in our web shop, it will be covered by our Lost Ticket Guarantee. This means that if you lose your Travel Card you will receive a new one of the same value free of charge.
You have to block your Travel Card in the web shop yourself, which you can do here. A block cannot be cancelled once it has gone through and season tickets are not paused when you block the card.
Once you have blocked your Travel card, you can contact our Customer Service. You can either collect your new Travel Card from our Customer Center or have it posted to your home.

Not registered in our web shop
We do not replace lost Travel Cards that are not registered in the webshop. If you want to register a Travel Card, you can do so here in the web shop.

Tickets bought in our app
If you have lost tickets bought in our app, please contact our Customer Service. We will help you recover your season ticket if you have lost your mobile. However, it will take 24 hours before you have access to the ticket in a new unit.

Tickets by subscription
If you subscribe to our tickets via Klarna, you will be covered by our Lost Ticket Guarantee. Contact our Customer Service and we will help you with a new equivalent ticket free of charge.

Single tickets
We do not replace lost single tickets.

School Card Senior (Gymnasiekort)
If you have lost your School Card Senior (Gymnasiekort) or it has been stolen, contact the school office. You will have to pay for travel to and from school yourself until a new School Card Senior can be arranged. The same applies if you leave your School Card Senior at home in the morning or at school.
You can get a new School Card Senior on payment of a service charge which varies from school to school.
The old School Card Senior will be blocked and it can no longer be used.

School Card Junior (Grundskolekort)
If the School Card Junior is lost or stolen, the parent, guardian or child must immediately contact the school office to obtain a replacement. If your child received a School Card Junior directly from Länstrafiken, please contact our Customer Service.
The old card will be blocked and can no longer be used.

Travel Card for companies
If you travel with our payment solution for companies, you have a Lost Ticket Guarantee. This means that we send out a new equivalent Travel Card to you free of charge. Block the lost card and order a new one directly here on the website.

Transportation Service voucher and Accompanying person permit
If you have lost a Transportation Service voucher (Färdtjänstbevis) or an Accompanying person permit (Ledsagarkort), you have our Lost Ticket Guarantee. You can send for a new equivalent free of charge.
Found Travel Cards
Sometimes people hand in Travel Cards they have found. Before you block your card in our web shop, contact our Customer Service. Someone might have handed in your Travel Card.
Found a Travel Card? If you’ve found a Travel Card, you can hand it to your nearest bus driver or sales agent, or post it to us.
